Marco was very personable. patient and thorough explaining the needed repairs to me. Not sure why there were delays sending/receiving repair supplements between Bristol Insurance and Caliber? ?? In end I am satisfied with the end result and that Caliber offers a lifetime warranty on their workmanship. Again Marco went over the final repairs with me and it was a pleasure working with him.
