Marco was my service tech and I thought his customer service was outstanding . I like perfection and he pointed out some existing paint chips on my doors that I was not aware of . But Marco was so very nice and explained the process to me and how things worked since initially it was still not known if the other individual was insured. . Marco made me feel confident that Caliber collision would take the best care to repair my car. I let him know he was a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ employee.
