Robert was quick, efficient, and courteous. He always made sure we were aware of where we were in the process and was friendly and professional. My vehicle looks great and was returned to me cleaned inside and out...which was a nice surprise. Vickie assisted us with all administrative functions and was very helpful in coordinating everything from insurance to our rental car. Itâs always difficult to be without your vehicle, but your staff made the process very smooth and easy.

This was our second time bringing our car to the shop. Both times were not a disappointment. They kept us up to date with all the repairs via phone call. I appreciate that they call to let us know whatâs going on, without us having to call them. Iâd always come to them for all the repairs on our cars. Not a worry.

The bumper was replaced correctly. Errors were made in the electronic sensor restoration that BMW of EL CAJON had to correct the errors made by Caliber techs.
