The technician said the car was going to be ready on Monday and I went in and the car was missing telluride on it. They said come back at 3pm and the part came in until the next day, but I had to turn in the rental on Monday because they lied to the insurance company stating the car was ready. The tech said he would come and add telluride to my car, but he has not call or comed in

The adjuster did a great job. My car looks like nothing ever happened to it. I checked it out very closely like I did last time and you guys did a perfect job like before. I will make sure to tell USAA how happy I am with the job you did. Gustavo was a pleasure to work with.
