Wow! Customer service done right. Full explanations, they had all the answers before I asked the question. Communication was fabulous. I was kept informed throughout the repairs. Looking at the finished work was another reason to be impressed. I swear the area of repair looked like a new car. I hope I don't need car repairs again, but if and when I do I'll be going to Caliber Collison. Obviously I'm going to brag to friends and family about the outstanding service and incredible work all the staff did for me. 100 ☆'s
