I would only recommend the Commercial Blvd location. I would say to speak with David Colding. If Lebanon was the last location available I would go elsewhere 100% of the time and not even mention the location to a friend.

This is for the Commercial Blvd Location only-more precisely for David Colding who was extremely professional and understood the situation in hand as the Lebanon location failed miserably and would receive a zero. Mr. Colding understood the car was to be tended to onsite (at Commercial Blvd. if it was to be completed at Caliber versus removal to a competitor. He also managed to get the job done in a shorter time than I mandated completion take place. Going above board, Mr. Colding had Caliber tend to my deductible as I had received communications via a different means than I had chose, my completion date changed a total of 4 times, only to arrive to Commercial Blvd driven 38 miles, the fixed bumper damaged, and clean up included an attached dead sparrow. So, David Colding deserves a commendation. The Lebanon Facility should apparently be closed as there is no professionalism in terms of customer preferences and it seems cars are driven to locations in a direction away from where the vehicle needs to go. I find that appalling and unacceptable. It is one thing to calibrate a vehicle - it is another to drive the vehicle for your use away from the customer upon completion which I would say is unethical. Perhaps that is harsh, but who is in charge at this establishment? Anyone?

Every single person who helped me when I was at Caliber Collision was so very kind and helpful. They made sure to answer all my questions and kept me updated everyday as to the progress of the repairs. I have never had such excellent service from a repair shop.
