It is only fair to rate the final result, however if I would not have looked over my vehicle at the initial pick up and saw all issues and refused to accept it I would be rating a 1.

For the most part everyone was extremely nice and easy to work with however there was one phone encounter that was very disappointing from a customer standpoint. I completely understand the difficulty of dealing with the public and that in reality the customer is not always right, however i was very dissatisfied to hear the mistakes of the shop were being pushed off on me.
