Shaun at the Rev Road (Mitchell Ave) was patient and my advocate as I recovered from my auto injuries! Thank him for that! I appreciate the daily text messages but was very disappointed with the follow through at Eastgate. I was first promised my vehicle on 4/15 then COB 4/16/21. The vehicle didn’t pass final walkthrough inspection. I did not receive my vehicle until 4/27/21. This is unacceptable! It has caused increased expenses with the rental being beyond 30days. I’m a patient person as I want the job to be complete. My wife and I have used Caliber Collision twice since May of 2020. Both times we were completely satisfied. I’m sorry but the mark was missed this time. I will use your services in the future only of Shaun is the lead!
