Caliber provided great customer service. Randy kept me up to date on the repair progress. The car looks better than it did before the incident. I have done quite a bit of mechanical work over the years but body work is an art form. These guys and girls clearly have it figured out.

How can we? We have not been able to drive our “just repaired” car due to this safety issue — that was working when the car was brought in. The number of phone calls + drives to the shop + days our car has now sat at Caliber to get 1 bulb replaced is beyond belief. Makes us fearful of rest of repair. The question should be how could Met Life send us here?

This company is exceptional. They are amazing and very professional at everything they do from the office to the body shop. They are very informative at all aspects and the work on our car was phenomenal. Our accident was a very big inconvenience for our family But caliber made our lives a lot more comfortable in a timely manner.
