The repair work has been great. Although since receiving my repaired car. After a wreck seams may not always be 100%. But I was impressed both times how seamless the repairs came out.

Jayne always went above and beyond to make my experience the best it could be. I never felt more comfortable in a car shop knowing I could trust the people. I was even offered a ride when I mentioned I was getting an Uber home. The best customer experience.

The team was able to assess the damages and help me determine the best route to repair the car. They dealt with the insurance company. I was informed on a daily basis as to the progress on my car. All of my questions were answered the same day. To top off the excellent customer service and repair work, the detail that was done on the headlight casings and the inside of the car was short of a miracle! I didn’t know the true color of the interior until I saw how they made it look! I brought the rest of my family members out just to look at it! The car looks better after bringing it in than it did before the accident!

My experience with caliber collision was very good. I was kept informed on the progress of the repair. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the vehicle it was washed and the interior was vacuumed and wiped down. I would recommend caliper Collision in Beechmont Ohio.
