The Caliber team was absolutely outstanding. The process was simple: they planned, explained, and executed everything.... in UNDER the quoted time line. They took the time to make multiple calls, just to update me on the status of my repair, and they even handled an insurance blunder (scheduling) on my behalf, when it would have been easier to tell me to kick rocks.
