I asked up front if I could pay in full and they get the parts and then schedule me in, so wouldn't have to pay so much on the rental. After the fact once they had my car I had to extend rental twice, costing alot of unnecessary money. And then is when they said that I could have done that.

I cannot say enough good things about the team at the Glenway location! After dealing with an incredibly stressful accident and a total lack of communication,honesty,safety consideration,professionalism and respect for my time and job from USAA Auto Insurance and Enterprise Rent-A-Car located at 5520 Glenway Ave.(Western Hills location) Caliber Collision was an absolute lifesaver.They were the absolute best part of this entire process! Their customer service was excellent.They kept me in the loop by constantly,updating me every single day or every other day.If they didn't respond right away when I reached out to them.They always politely apologized.I could genuinely feel the exact same warmth,friendliness, and care through their email updates that I experienced when standing right inside the shop. They did a great job. It took awhile but the car looks great. My left turn signal has a burned out bulb but I am going there on 7/2/26 so they can replace it. They kept in touch with me the entire time which I really appreciated. I really liked the service.

The only issue was the bumper not fitting back completely. But the tech is going to check to see what can be done to make it fit back properly. Thanks again for the repairs that was completed.
