They did a great job. It took awhile but the car looks great. My left turn signal has a burned out bulb but I am going there on 7/2/26 so they can replace it. They kept in touch with me the entire time which I really appreciated. I really liked the service.

The whole staff were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The price was as estimated, and they worked seamlessly with my insurance company. An Enterprise Rental car was made available, and their service was 5-star, as well. I highly recommend Caliber.

Added new paint scratches that was not there when dropped off. Did not replace all bolts or plastic clips that was there before drop off. Im Still waiting for a time that im able to drop my car off to get this fixed, currently unable since the technicians leave early every day. Did not properly inspect vehicle for damage, i had to tell them multiple times what the damage was after i was told there was “no damage found”
