Overall it was a good experience although there were some delays etc. communication was solid for the most part. My biggest disappointment was the lack of cleanliness upon its return. There was a plant in it during the accident and there is still soil and glass etc. I would have expected it to be derailed. I even asked if all glass had been gotten out. I was told they did there best but clearly that wasn’t the case.
