While the quality of repairs seems great, Caliber’s customer service was literally second-to-none. I’ve spent a career in customer service within the financial services industries and know a thing or two. The team at Caliber has earned my repeat business. Joe Sanfillipo, John Grimme, Trisha Bateman, and Doug Phillips were all AMAZING! And I will be referring business to Caliber because of the way these folks took care of me. I am a natural worrier and they all made the process completely stress-free and kept me updated regularly. I cannot say enough positive things about my customer service experiences at Caliber!

They did a very good job repairing everything it just took a little bit longer than I thought it was eight working days and they told me three in the beginning but that’s OK I’m very satisfied and I understand they had to put a front bumper on which They did not figure in the beginning so I figure ordering that and painting it took a couple extra days
