When I had my vehicle repaired by Caliber Collision Florence in January 2020 I received regular calls with updates besides texts. For this repair though I got occasional updates via text. When the estimated repair completion date came I got a text that they were waiting on a part still. Delays and changes to estimated repair and completion date occurs then those should be communicated directly not through text.
