My only critique is that I wish I'd been able to pick up my car on the day I'd originally been told. Aside from that everything was absolutely amazing and I plan to recommend you to my friends. The car looks great!

I usually don't give perfect scores. I was given a courtesy call on Thursday that indicated the repairs likely would be completed on Friday. However, when the wrong part came in delaying completion, it wasn't until I called Caliber close to day's end that I was told of the delay. I was a bit concerned about rental car arrangements, but it turned out OK.

We had to go back as the washer fluid to the front was not working. They got us in right away and fixed the issue. I appreciated the texts that kept us updated on the progress.
