The experience was very positive. From the point I contacted Joe to the point I picked up the car after the repairs, the staff was very professional and responsive. Highly recommend.

The staff and service were excellent and the staff went out of their way to help me. I had surgery that prevented me from going to get the car and they brought it to me. My only issue is the time it took for the repair. It seemed too long.

The repair quality seems fine. The staff were always courteous and helpful. However, my car was in the shop from about 17 Nov to 28 December. That seems longer than should have been necessary.

The staff kept me up to date with the repairs. They went out of there way to fix my truck as if nothing ever happened. When they discovered there was more damage than originally thought they updated me immediately and got to fixing it the right way as if nothing ever happened.
