If this could be more than ten it would be! They helped me navigate the rental car when it was switched from different rental car locations. They knew the location it was registered to did not pick up there so they called the one that did and took care of it! Over and beyond what they needed to do

As a customer paying for repairs out of pocket, the representative that went over my vehicle repair wants grossly misrepresented what would be capable. If I knew that the repairs I discussed could not be completed before work started, I would of went to another business with my money. The break down was not discussed and what was conveyed in discussion did not get executed. My vehicle was given back with damages, the door was reassembled incorrect, the staff overall were very rude, and ill equipped to handle customer service. After lengthy, irrelevant conversations with the management needing to be reminded that I was a out of pocket cash customer and there wasn't an adjuster or insurance company, some concessions were made. They were in no way shape satisfactory to the situation but after being threatened with police action for using non profane hand gestures during the explanation of my confusion, I felt best to remove myself from a hostile situation. Should a situation like this ever arise again, where I need vehicle repairs i will not use this company at any location.

They did not complete the job. They gave my vehicle back with damages and the door handles not installed correctly

They didn't repair everything discussed, gave my car back without putting everything back together and with damages. The staff was Rude. While the manager gave some concessions to try to make up for the experience, overall I was left with a vehicle that still needs repairs and I will not use or recommend caliber

The staff mislead me on what they were capable of doing. When I questioned the results and price they threatened to call the police. No profanity, no threats, just questions. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Horrible experience.

Restoration is flawless. I appreciate that the vehicle was cleaned and the washer fluid tank topped off after it was repaired. It wasn't an easy job, to undo what that deer did to my truck, but, Caliber pulled it off.
