Repair looks fine. However very frustrated with all the setbacks on when work would be completed. First message was Wednesday 3/11, then 3/13, then Monday 3/16, then the 17th and finally got it on the 18th. Said they were getting wrong parts sent but when they finally reached out to local Lexus dealer it was fixed next day.

My car was repaired accurately and they took extra care to make sure the right part was put on my car, even though originally a damaged part was sent to them. They sent it back. Even though it ended up taking longer than expected to get my car back, that’s okay b/c it looks amazing and I feel good knowing that the repair was done right.

The repairs were done correctly, which is most important. The communication about the delays was spotty. It all made sense in the end but I would like to see better communication next time (although hoping there won’t be a next time for a very long time).
