This is the worst caliber collision I have ever been to. It took three weeks for them to even get to me to finally start doing repairs then it has been mediocre at best. I would never use this caliber collision again.

Bodywork and paint looks great. I would rate a 10 but I needed a tire replaced also and I didn't get the same brand as I bought just a few months ago

Took a while for the repairs to get completed one headlight still isn’t working and a check owner manual message pops up on the dashboard. That wasn’t happening before the accident.

CC was very focused on the minimum actions required to repair versus restoring "rhythm of your life". The bumper is misaligned but not fixed b/c CC+insurance claimed damage was from previous incident. Trim pieces after repair fell off and some are still loose and rattle. Professional operation, kind workers but too focused on maximizing margin at expense of customer.

Very poor communication. The customer (us!) repeatedly had to call for updates. Further, they seemed to want to add additional (inappropriate and unnecessary) repair charges to almost work the books and their revenue. This was without our approval or consent. Very disappointing. Surprised that Liberty Mutual has this shop as their preferred site especially with how this place is conducting their business and claims.
