Every single person that I crossed paths with was amazing and worked with me at every angle. From repairs to dropping/picking my car up. Not that I ever want to be in the same position, but if I am you will be my second call (after insurance...lol)

I was satisfied at first, but then the technician missed a hole that caused my air conditioner to stop working. While they had my car the second time, they were not communicating with me about the repairs and it took a week to get my car back.

They were great the first time they had my car. They communicated with me daily and it was quick. But the second time they had my car, I had the complete opposite experience.

The cosmetic work is outstanding! However, I'm less than satisfied with the fact that my rear parking sensor is not functioning properly and called shortly after leaving with my vehicle to state this. I returned Friday afternoon around 2:45 to have it looked at. It was taken back to check some codes but nothing was resolved. The tech mentioned that the sensor was not a factory installed option, but I disagree because its listed on the Estimate of Record I received on 4-23-2021. The tech said he would consult with Toyota and reach out to me with his findings on Monday, May 10.
