They kept me up to date on what was going on, and were able to move it from the drop off location in Florence to another location to get the repairs done faster. Plus the car got a cleaning while it was in the shop, and it looked nice.

Thos is the third time I have used thos shop. Prior to thos I would have gave them a 10, but after thos time they only get a 3. Good work but customer service was terrible.

It was a hassle to pick up my car. They did not want to release it to me after it was deemed a total loss. After telling them I talked to the police and I didnt want to call them they finally let me take my car.

Thus far they missed an issuer with the steering wheel alignment and setting up the windshield washer reservoir that should have been caught in their execution (there was no fluid in the reservoir that they are supposed to fill) and the steering wheel tilted 15 Degrees from straight. I fixed the reservoir feed tube gasket myself and dropped the car off all day Friday 3/5/21 to fix.
