I was super excited when I got messages from caliber texting me reminders about my car when it was being inspected , being worked on, the progression of it, and when it was finished! Also Carrie, Richard, and Tyler all made the experience worth it even more. Their customer service was amazing and they even reached out to me when they had concerns. I will definitely be back.

The entire process was quick, convenient and stress free. Good coordination between usaa, the car rental agency, and the Caliber coordinator. I was told how the process would work in advance, without conflicting information from any of the parties involved. Everybody was professional and friendly. Nothing wasted my time. The in-person procedures were very "covid-aware", and I felt very comfortable in that regard. Text notifications anticipated my questions with no disruptions to my day. The Caliber site was clean and orderly. The repair was done exceptionally well, and on the timing I was told to expect. Obviously, the car was repaired, but even aside from that it looked better than when I dropped it off. Well done overall! I would definately choose Caliber again, and recommend you others who need collision repair. Thanks indeed!

Only the kemper location because of their management. Chad is honest and upfront about the repairs. I haven’t had the same experience with other locations in the past. Actually I’ve been lied to the repairs were horribly done.
