I was told that I would be kept informed every step of the repairs but I was not. Also, it took seven business days to complete. When I made my appointment I was told that you were not booked full. I made the appointment two weeks beforehand.

I had an appointment for November 9th, when I arrived I was told that the Kemper Rd. location was over booked and they could not repair my car that week without sending it out. I did not want them to send my car out to another location. I chose to make another appointment for the following week at 11AM. I arrived on the 16th for my appointment, Carrie and Richard were both there and were fantastic. I am glad that I chose to wait. Richard was truly amazing and went over the entire car with me and we discussed what needed to be repaired. I wanted only Toyota parts, Richard made that happen. He was very professional and apologized for the issue the week before. I was very concerned with the issue with COVID and he assured me that Caliber was safe and were doing everything possible to stay that way. I am very happy with the way my car looks and my experience with Caliber. I would like to thank Richard for making this a good experience with Caliber. Regards, Beverly
