I thought the staff were friendly. Lived that they washed the car. Appreciate all the text updates. Didn't like that they called me to pickup my car 37 minutes before they closed. i was working and couldn't pickup until the next day.

I was extremely impressed with both the personal and the professional service of everyone at Caliber Collision. From the young lady at front desk to Mark the Manager (?), everyone was wonderful. They kept me apprised of progress multiple times each day, and performed impeccable repairs to my new VW Tiguan in what seemed like record time. I could not be more impressed. I will use only Caliber Collision for any future auto body work.

I called to ask if the could detail the inside of a the car. They said they did not have that service but that they would clean up the inside of a the car. The best I am able to tell, no interior cleaning was done. Also, one wheel had to be replaced. Because the wheels were not particularly clean, I could not tell which was the he new wheel. After it was pointed out, no effort was made to clean the new wheel
