Would be zero if possible. Had to h a ve the panel reworked 4 times and they still left streak marks in the paint, chips in paint, wheel well exposed as well as crimpeld

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The entryway/waiting room was very clean, which made me think the entire service would be meticulous. Communication with me was outstanding. They let me know every step of the way what was going on with my repair. The repair all the way down the length of the car is as good as if I just got it off the showroom floor. I'm very pleased and have already recommended Caliber Collision on East Kemper in Cincinnati.

I just pick up my car today. The body work they did was very well done, they cleaned my car inside and out which was a surprise to me. The correspondence between them and me every other day, giving me updates on progress with my car was right on. I will give this body shop an A plus it was a pleasure dealing with them from day one.
