The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The entryway/waiting room was very clean, which made me think the entire service would be meticulous. Communication with me was outstanding. They let me know every step of the way what was going on with my repair. The repair all the way down the length of the car is as good as if I just got it off the showroom floor. I'm very pleased and have already recommended Caliber Collision on East Kemper in Cincinnati.

I just pick up my car today. The body work they did was very well done, they cleaned my car inside and out which was a surprise to me. The correspondence between them and me every other day, giving me updates on progress with my car was right on. I will give this body shop an A plus it was a pleasure dealing with them from day one.

Kirstin was very informative and sent frequent updates on the vehicles progress. Casey was also very pleasant to talk with. Probably the best collision repair experience I've ever had. I'd say they both know the meaning of customer satisfaction very well. .

At 73, I'm a little bit wary of trusting automobile service companies. I looked long and hard before choosing Caliber Collision to repair my vehicle after I was rear ended. I can tell you that the experience was amazing from the first phone call till the moment I picked up my car today. I got to meet a couple of gentlemen who worked on my car because they helped me with things like getting my grandchild's car seat out so I could put it in my rental car. They also helped when my battery went bad in my vehicle. But the shining star is Kirstin. She is the voice and face of Caliber Collision. Kirstin is kind, knowledgeable, patient and faithful. She always made me aware of what was going on with my car and when it would be ready.I've already told people since I picked my car up today that if they ever need to have repairs done on their car, they should go to Caliber Collision. We have never had to repair a vehicle after an accident and Jayme Ahr made this experience stress-free and kept the lines of communication open the entire time. I wont use any other repair shop as long as he is there! He was fantastic and very kind. Give that man a raise! He is very good at his job.
