I had an accident and I bought it to caliber collision. Amazing customer service specially when Yury Simmonds was really professional and helpful also updated me every day about my car. I know I was pushing on him a lot to get my car ready, but he was really calm and professional And also finish my car before the due date and I really recommend people to go there.

You lied and said that you didn't touch anything mechanical in my car, yet an alignment was done. My AC was working fine when I dropped it off and now it's not working. You acted like I lied about my AC not working and asked me if I could prove it. I should not have to pay to fix my AC since it was working when I left it in your care. This is my second vehicle that I've had repaired at that location and both had damages after pickup.
