I appreciate the communication that came with updates regarding my vehicle being repaired. I also appreciate the fact that everything was communicated beforehand about the process of repairing my vehicle and there was no extra step. My insurance GEICO worked easily with yall and the made the entire process swiftly and easily. My car looks brand new and I would definitely recommend/use Crash Champions - Richmond again.

There is a loose cable under the front bumper. I took it back but the shop was closed. I no longer see the cable, so I am not sure if it fell off and have no idea what it was for. I will try and go no on Monday

Amazing work and reponsivness. All staff were extemely helpful and if I ever need them again, Crash Champions is my go to.
