You lied and said that you didn't touch anything mechanical in my car, yet an alignment was done. My AC was working fine when I dropped it off and now it's not working. You acted like I lied about my AC not working and asked me if I could prove it. I should not have to pay to fix my AC since it was working when I left it in your care. This is my second vehicle that I've had repaired at that location and both had damages after pickup.

It was a wonderful experience for both customer service and body work. Thomas was very instrumental in getting the insurance cover color blending which was declined at other body shops. Yuri maintained good communication on the car status and its delivery.
