There was an issue with the deductible. My insurance told me I would not have to pay it but when I dropped the vehicle off I was informed I would need to pay the $500. They found a message from my insurance and reprinted the documents because I didn't have a deductible. Once the vehicle was completed they called my wife and said the vehicle was ready for pick up and that we needed to pay the $500 deductible. I'm not sure where the lack in communication was but it was a little frustrating since they had a message from the insurance when I dropped the vehicle off.
