I wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent experience at your location. Truly, it exceeded all of my expectations. Every staff member I met face-to-face was exceptional and went out of their way to help with my vehicle repairs. In particular, Jennifer Lee and Eliana assisted me with everything I needed, went above and beyond to answer my questions, helped with my rental car, and guided me through each step of the process until the day I picked up my vehicle. Jennifer made a point to greet me at every turn and warmly wished me well when I left. As a mother of two autistic children, this level of care made me feel truly supported. My only slight concern is that I had to fix all my settings(A/C, A/C vents etc.) back to my preferred settings inside the car. Yet, I am very grateful I chose this Caliber Collision location for my vehicle repairs, and I will gladly recommend you to my family in the future. All Smiles, Alisa W.
