Eveyone was very professional and friendly. The receptionist had great customer service. The body repair techs and my agent did a great job with my car and keeping me up dated on the process. I loved the text update alerts as well. I appreciate everyone involved my cat looks brand new.

Did not replace my rear left window tint, the hinges on the driver door are loose. There is paint on my middle console cover and the driver window is not on correctly it is making a whistling sound. I’m very disappointed being as my car was kept for an extra 11 days to ensure that the car was perfect but turned out being worse then when I brought it just with no broken door.
