Did not replace my rear left window tint, the hinges on the driver door are loose. There is paint on my middle console cover and the driver window is not on correctly it is making a whistling sound. I’m very disappointed being as my car was kept for an extra 11 days to ensure that the car was perfect but turned out being worse then when I brought it just with no broken door.

The door alignment is off and the drivers side door makes a clunking sound when you open and close it

Repair was excellent but the detail of the vehicle wasn’t! Rear cargo was not cleaned properly or even cleaned.apparently space was used for storing parts and never cleaned after repair!my mistake I didn’t check assuming it would be done!lesson learned!

I arrived at the repair shop, after getting the call saying it was ready. 1st of all, no one goes over the work done with me, they just take care of paperwork & send me on my way, kind of lame really after work is done on a car, there should be someone showing me the work done. So I look it over & it looks fine, but then I get in the car and start it, instantly a warning on the dash lights up about a tail light not working.... So I have to go back on to the shop & deal with this... Very frustrating wasting more of my time. Then the service guy come looks at it & says "oh a bulb must have burnt out", so I wait for him to fix it, he brings it back out to me & it looks like that light is fixed. I drive the car away, get home & now the bulb on the other side is burnt out... Ugh! Really? So now, I have to spend more time tomorrow morning bringing it back to replace the other bulb. In my opinion, after repairs done to the back end , maybe bulbs should just get replaced. I can't imagine that this is just a coincidence that they went out at the exact moment I pick up the car.

Caliber collision has always been so good to me and my car. Unfortunately, I keep getting hit by other drivers but every time I know I want to go to caliber to get it fixed. It always comes out looking great! The communication is awesome. Every day I’d get some kind of update and even when my keys were lost this visit, I heard their promise to make it right and they did. I truly appreciated the honesty and know how it can be to have a tough conversation with the customer but honesty is everything and I appreciated that. They made it right as they said they would and everything looks and feels great. Thank you to the Rancho Cordova office and the Citrus Heights office to helping me and my car out again! I hope I don’t come back soon but if I do I know it’ll all be ok!!
