Some beat up parts were not replaced. Repair took much longer than told. Car had several defects when returned including a severe oil leak, faulty stearing alignments, a bad smell when driving, a door that popped when opened, etc. We were under the impression that the car would be restored to its pre crash condition but it isn’t even close. I’m giving a 3 instead of 1 because they were prompt in towing the car back to attempt to fix issues. But why after having the car in the shop for over a month did they not even see an oil leak?

The front that was fixed on the left is not flush with the line of the bumper. It is poking out a little bit. It looks like a bolt was missed.
