Everyone was incredibly helpful. They made me feel comfortable that my brand new car would look brand new again. I was kept updated during the entire process and they answered my questions quickly along the way. I would recommend them to anyone and I hope I never need to again but if I did I would use them in a heartbeat.

I received superior service at Caliber Collision. Even the person answering the phone is pleasant and so helpful. My car looks beautiful! My car was transferred to another shop in Citrus Heights and my muffler pipe was not fixed. The GM at the Roseville shop told me the repair would be made. I still have not heard from the Citrus Heights shop to finish the job. I’ve left messages with no return phone calls!!
