They had me bring my car in, then told me it would be 2 weeks before they estimated. Why couldn’t I have driven my car for 2 weeks instead of paying for a rental. I called to tell them that and they claimed to have found and additional break.

Tina is so great at customer service and goes above and beyond. Kelsey did a great job of Follow through. Anytime I need bodywork. I go to caliber because of the Customer Service service. I was also very impressed with the progress report reporting an update updates.
