Good repair work, but you didn’t call me and tell me to come pick up the car. The rental company called and said that my free rental was expired. Then I called you to find that my car was ready. Seems to be a miscommunication to me. Thanks anyway for the good repair.

Customer service was on point!! Tina is amazing and she knows how to make things happen in a timely manner. My car looks great! The fender molding on both front left and right side doesn’t look flush with the rest of the fender. Also when my windshield reservoir was replaced, it was not filled, which is fine but how do they know it was working properly if they didn’t fill it up and try it out?

Kelse was the person that handled my auto needs., he was very personable. I am truly happy with the body work on my car. I was very impresses. Tina in the office was very nice. Overall I had a great experience. My dad says job well done.

My experience with the staff was beyond phenomenal. Starting with Tina in the front office, I was greeted with professionalism and a warm smile! She made everything easy for me to trust Caliber with my car. She immediately contacted Kelsey who also greeted me and displayed a professional and warm demeanor. I was kept abreast of details and deadlines to take the worry out of my day. Excellent staff to work with. Your mechanics are amazing as well. Oh my yes:):) ...Kelsy was so patient and courteous, and explained the process concisely. While also encouraging questions and answering them clearly. He created a comfortable feeling everything would be ok...Tina likewise did the same...And communication during the process was excellent...And not to be overlooked was the excellent work done in repairing my car...I am really happy with the result..It looks great..And the customer lounge was warm and accepting with treats available ...I really liked the popcorn...:):) Thank You All:):)

Could not ask for better ...My estimator, Kelsey, was patient, courteous, and thorough in explaining the process. He conveyed confidence the car would be fully repaired... The actual work was excellent, and looks like the original...I received timely updates which was very appreciated...Tina the office person with paperwork was likewise very friendly and thorough in explaining the process..I would definitely return for repairs if the damage was of my own making :):) I would highly recommend this particular Caliber location to anyone who I know or asks ...And Nationwide itself was very helpful and efficient in processing the claims and providing service...Thank You:)
