The rear driver side door is not closing properly. I have to really slam it to close it. (Didn't have to do that before repair.) Three times I’ve had to get out and re-close the door when I see the alert on my dash that door was ajar. Not sure if it is aligned properly. The smell in my car is pretty oily smelling. When I picked up the car my gear shift was covered in greasy goo. I asked the person for a rag to wipe it clean. Later I noticed grease on my inside door handle and middle console. The grease smell lingers so not sure what that’s about. The mechanics did not reinstall the cover in my tailgate storage area. There were big scratches on sides from where they removed it to do repair work I assume. Overall outside of car looks good but maybe a bit of detail cleanup before returning car to customer is necessary.

My husband kept getting alerts and phone calls on progress of repairs. I told them to call or text my number since it was my car but it kept reverting to husbands cell.

As mentioned previously, I cannot tell looking at the vehicle it was ever damaged.

I cannot tell there was every any damage to the outside of my vehicle. I do need to call about the cloth covering the top of the steering column. I do believe there was a hard plastic on the top of the steering column prior to the work being done.

I have taken my car to Caliber Collision a few times for various repairs (car accident, hail damage, someone keyed the sides, etc.) and each time the repairs were handled professionally, I was updated frequently on repair status, the repairs were completed ahead of the estimated time, and the repairs were done very well. The staff handled all the insurance claims communications, documentation, and payments. It was a very easy, pleasant, and professional experience that I have and would recommend again.
