From the wonder lady that set up my appointment, then the estimator and the wonderful porter that gave me a ride home, I was impressed by the customer service. I felt like they we way above and beyond. I dropped my car off Monday and it was ready by Wed before the close of day. I will spread the word and they have a repeat customer in me.

Great body work, excellent customer Service! Everyone at Caliber was professional and courteous with every phone call, visit, etc. without fail. They were also extremely conscientious about disinfecting every little thing, even down to the pen I used to sign documents. They made me feel safe in a time when many companies are not as organized or as thorough. I would highly recommend Caliber Collison to anyone in need of body work, and I will!

The team was very communicative and when a slight issue arose when I picked up my car, it was resolved immediately. They also sanitized all areas of the car and were super helpful. I felt very welcome and informed the entire way through.

We have some other auto shops that we go to but it was honestly a pleasure to go here and I may consider taking my car back in the future. Definitely feel like this was a quality shop.

I was totally satisfied with the repair. I was given updates and it went smoothly and efficiently. There was a slight issue when I went to pick up the car but it was remedied immediately. I would, however, like to object to the fact that if I gave anything less then a ten here it would count as a failure. That’s stupid. If you’re going to give us a scale, then please let us actually use the scale and don’t take it out on the company if they’re less than perfect. No one is perfect. (This is Sarah, btw, not Andy. He would never say this). It just so happens that in this case I do believe the company was deserving of a ten.
