Had to bring my vehicle back 3 times to have things replaced. Repair workers damaged parts of my car that were not damaged when vehicle was brought in, items that were listed on the estimate were not completed and vehicle was returned to me, emblems were not put back on vehicle

Delays are frustrating but sometimes inevitable. The two staff people I spoke with were incredibly friendly and kept me as informed as can be expected. Absolutely would go back.

They said all the right things but failed to do it. I told her my car was shaking from the accident and it still is. I feel that I put my car in the wrong repair shop. It stopped in me in the middle of the street shortly after I picked it up. It had never done that before I put it in their shop even after the accident.
