The team was courteous throughout. The reason for the low rating is due to the management of the job. Instead of taking 2-3 weeks, it took 10 weeks. Would have appreciated more proactive efforts to solve the problems and sourcing. It also lagged by depending on Plaza BMW to handle things at their own speed. The impact was for me to pay out of pocket car rental for 2.5 months and not have my car back.
