We had an appointment set for a Thursday to bring it in and then my fiance went to bring it in on Thursday, and he was told that they couldn't do it until the next week. We had gone through my insurance to get rental car and they had done it like as an emergency basis because they were taking too long to get in touch with me but we didn't like the fact that we couldn't just drop it off that day that they told us to we had to wait another week.

The staff and service was phenomenal. I am so utterly impressed with this company for professionalism and respect for clients trying to juggle life. My car was repaired ahead of schedule which made my life and others around me so much easier. My car looks great!
