The repair looks great. There is a small scratch on the bumper but I didn’t have the heart to say anything. I didn’t want to make a big deal about it and I was ready to pick up my car. I feel like a repair tech should have seen it and fixed it before they even showed me the car.

My car is now throwing a code for an O2 sensor, which it has never down prior to my accident, and the guy at Caliber suggested we take it to a dealership and claims it isn’t from the accident.

I like Patrick, but it took several attempts to get my car right and he never looked over the car with me to make sure I approved it. Now it’s throwing a code and he isn’t being helpful at all.

While I’m happy the dent is removed….im a little disappointed the molding is not as flush as the right side of my vehicle. I was told it’s held together as best as it could be but to keep a watch in it. There’s a lifetime warranty on the repair as long as I own the vehicle and should it start to separate I can bring my vehicle back. I hope this is true and I don’t get the run around if this becomes an issue …

Overall, the team took great care of my vehicle. They communicated with me directly, and frequently to ensure I knew the status of my repair. There were some delays, the first being a part delay (understandable), and then there was a paint system delay (something to do with a system update that was required?) that caused it to take a couple of extra days. The system sent me a few updates, telling me when to expect completion, but that had to be changed twice due to the delays. The staff at this location (I've been coming here for years, before it was Caliber) has always been great.

Mr. Patrick and staff were so helpful and informative. I never had to worry about what what was going on with vehicle. I had the pleasure of also meeting associate Trey! He was amazing.
