A few minor items were not reinstalled. But was resolved in a timely manner while I waited.

The body work looks very good. My only concern is that I can't seem to open my trunk using the push button on the trunk. I can use the trunk feature on my key and the lever on the inside of my car, just not the button on the trunk.

Although everyone was very friendly, I was a little aggrevated that it took so long to get my car into the shop. After receiving approval from the insurance company, it was not made clear to me that I needed to schedule yet another appointment before dropping my car off when I called to inquire what actions I need to take in order to get the process moving, so I made a blank trip. Besides that, I had a pleasant experience.
