There was a constant push back on the date I scheduled to bring the car in... a thurs, because of the fear that USAA wouldn't pay for my rental over the weekend or that they wouldn't like the shop keeping the car over the weekend. To be perfectly honest, that doesn't matter to the customer at all. I talked to USAA and they said to schedule the car with collision whenever was convenient so I did, and changed my work schedule to accommodate. I needed the work done as possible for my own schedule and before the holidays... it doesn't make sense that the customer needs to wait for the convenience of the shop... The shop should move to make things convenient within reason for the customer. It is already a difficult thing to move life around to accomdate a vehicle being fixed, the shop needs to make this less difficult, which is what happened in the end, but I was questioned all along the way and told how the shop might catch flack from USAA for dong it this way. In the end though, yall were able to fix the car in 48 hours and we didn't have to keep it over the weekend anyway.
