I am very satisfied with the work done in my car. Unfortunately the only reason I give a 9 is my battery went bad during the repairs, unfortunately it wasny tested or anything so I have been having to jump my car to use it.

Caliber Collision was absolutely amazing when it came to fixing up my Jeep Cherokee. It was damaged unknown to me in a parking lot only a couple weeks after purchasing. Rachelle, the manager helped me as I was a walk in for a quote and her associates were busy. So friendly and very helpful. I dropped my car off the next day, Enterprise picked me up from the shop and they got to work. It only took them 6 days, I received text updates. Once complete they called and text update. I was able to leave my rental there for Enterprise to pick up. Such a seamless process and great work done on the repairs!

Caliber is exceptional! Thank you to Rachelle, Jennifer and David for making my repair easy and effortless. My Jeep was hit a couple weeks after buying and Caliber made going with them an easy decision. They worked directly with my insurance and enterprise. Enterprise picked me up for my rental and I was able to leave the rental with Caliber when my Jeep was ready. Perfect for this Mom and night shift worker. Thank you Claiber.

Everything was completed as promised in a timely fashion but checking the vehicle I noticed that the bed liner on the passenger side is not sitting flush on the bed of the vehicle also back up camera appears to have a little overspray on it fogging the view
