Was told all the work would be done at once. Received a call that car is ready for pick up. Once arrived, I was told that a part had to be ordered and would take 10 days to come in. So now I will have to take the car back again wasting my time. If they had told me that over the phone, I would have not made that trip and wasted my time

I was told they had a part on order and would take 10 days to come in and I would have to take the car back again. I was lied to and now I will be inconvenienced again. I will have to waste my time again to take the car back.

The repair was fine, but I have one complaint. When I picked up my car, the driver seat was completely out of adjustment. I realize you may need to move the seat back or forward to get the vehicle inside your shop, but you would better serve your customers if the only adjustment you make is to move the seat back or forward, Now it will probably take me weeks to get my seat adjusted back to where it was when I dropped the car off for repair. Please: only forward or back; don’t touch the tilt or anything else on the seat adjustment.

Bought my vehicle there for repair they only fixed have of the bumper I seen scratches on the bumper that was not there could not proof they did but I know the scratches wasn't there besides the left side of the bumper no updates on my vehicle from Santos you have to track him down.. the paint they put on the damage bumper didn't even match my vehicle horrible job zero stars
