The work was not done to what was agreed upon. The front grill and Honda symbol was not replaced. This left my car unfinished and not back to the way the car was prior to the accident like I was promised. The front 1/4 panel was partly fixed but there was a dent left close to the driver’s door. Also the drivers side hubcap was broken in the accident and that was not replaced either just like all other items that were promised but left undone. When these questions were brought up when I picked up my car, the man told me “we just did what the insurance told me to do” There was 0 ZERO ownership into what Caliber promised and what they left undone.

It was all top notch. Kyle is very respectful and customer oriented. I woukd only ask that in the future he not get a customers hope is up by saying "your vehicle is scheduled to be done by X date but we aim to get it out sooner hopefully by the beginning of next week". It just set my expectation higher than necessary.

The pictures need to be done better. And they need to do a Before & After picture. And the little eyebrows, or whatever you want to call them that they put around the dancing stuff.They need to be a little more visible, or the pictures need to be better of what they're putting that little eyebrow about other than that.They were very nice
